Our on-site nursing staff will be able to assist with the following:
- Nursing assessments
- Personal care assistance
- Medication management
- Diabetic glucose monitoring
- Blood Pressure monitoring
Family & Senior support
At Wellcare Senior Center we understand the importance of family, caregivers, and their senior’s well being. We can provide regular meetings with families and our seniors to address issues or concerns to better improve their health and quality of life.
